What began as a solo practice in Northern Ireland has grown into a respected leadership consulting firm serving clients across the United Kingdom and beyond. Before founding Leadership Harmony Consult, she served as head of leadership development at a FTSE 250 company and as a senior consultant with a global advisory firm. She holds an MSc in organisational psychology and is an accredited executive coach with the International Coaching Federation.
David specialises in change leadership and strategic facilitation. He has guided leadership teams through mergers, regulatory transformations, and large-scale digital transitions across the financial services and public sectors. His calm, analytical approach helps leaders see complexity clearly and act decisively. David holds an MBA from a leading business school and is a certified practitioner in several psychometric assessment tools.
Amara focuses on culture transformation and leadership development programmes. Her background in behavioural science informs her evidence-based approach to helping organisations build cultures of psychological safety, accountability, and innovation. She has designed and delivered leadership programmes for over forty organisations and is passionate about developing the next generation of inclusive, purpose-driven leaders.
